As a fully accredited member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA), I am qualified to guide individuals and small business owners through the potentially complex process of establishing their immediate and later-life financial needs and defining their retirement goals. For the small business, it might be about trying to establish a business exit strategy. For the individual, it could be planning for their retirement or how to help their children onto the property ladder, contributing to a grandchild’s education, or perhaps assisting parents with care needs in their later-life.
Often working in conjunction with Solicitors, Accountants and other Financial Service Professionals, I work to establish the options available and then present those options to the client. This personal and detailed assessment of the situation allows me to work with each client to put in place a financial plan tailored to meet their specific needs. The plan is then regularly reviewed with the client, so that any changes in circumstances can be considered and, if necessary, the plan can then be adjusted to make sure that it remains appropriate.
In my opinion, it’s all about the planning…
After all "A goal without a plan is just a wish." - Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
Whatever the circumstances, I believe that careful consideration, planning and sound financial guidance can help an individual’s wealth work harder and more effectively, not just for the individual but also for their wider family or business. Russell Pike Financial Management works to help clients establish solid foundations from which to grow, protect and preserve their wealth – living for today, planning for tomorrow and considering generations to come.
